PR (Puerto Rico) subdivision

Hello,

I am trying to understand if it is possible to arrive at country US, given a country code like PR (Puerto Rico) as it is considered part of US?

Similarly, is there a way to arrive at EU given a country like IT/ITA (Italy)?
