split-ellipses subject mode eliminates body text

When reformatting a commit message with a subject line that is longer than the allowed length using "commit-message-formatter.subjectMode" set to "split-ellipses", while the subject line is split as expected, the body text (all text after the subject line) is eliminated. This behavior is unexpected and does not occur with any other subject mode.

After a bit of digging, this was stated to have been fixed by bendera/commit-message-formatter@ca5c270, which should have first appeared in commit-message-formatter v0.7.0. And it looks like commit-message-formatter v0.7.0 should be used by the latest published version of the VS code extension (https://github.com/bendera/vscode-commit-message-formatter/blob/v0.3.2/package-lock.json#L12). But for some reason, I'm still observing this bug.

I just revisited this with fresh eyes and I think I spotted the issue. That commit that looked like it fixed this bug actually only fixed it for the "split" subject mode. It seems like an equivalent change needs to be made for the "split-ellipses" subject mode handling code.
