Footer covers text when placed on the resources page

When the footer is places on the resources page, it will appear at the bottom of the window, instead of the bottom of the page, meaning it will cover any text that goes below it
(It has been removed fro, the page for now)

As an extension of this, at some point the footer was removed as a temporary solution. Don't forget to bring that back when this is fixed.

i have not been able to reproduce this bug by introducing the footer, so I guess I'll just put it back in?
