Given the compatibility issues seen between existing apply-on-play/apply-on-build plugins in the wild, I've decided to start a discussion on how we can improve the compatibility landscape here. The goal of this project is to produce a common library that can be used to coordinate plugin ordering both when performing apply-on-play, and apply-on-build. In addition, I hope to provide common services that many apply-on-play plugins are likely to need.
