Keka add quarantine to an zip file after unzip it with keka

To Reproduce

1. zip something using zip cli
2. unzip with keka
3. the original zip file has com.apple.quarantine

Expected behavior

It shouldn't change the original file quarantine behaviour

@XXXXRT666, this is how Apple's sandbox works, sadly. Any files created from a sandboxed app has this quarantine flag.

You can un-sandbox Keka to get rid of that quarantine.
