docs(tool): fix the Bash dangerous-path constructor example

`Bash.__init__` takes `dangerous_files` and `dangerous_directories`
(agentscope v2.0.2 through main); `additional_dangerous_files` and
`additional_dangerous_directories` never existed, so the documented
snippet raises `TypeError`. A list passed to either argument replaces
the default list rather than extending it, so the lead-in sentence is
corrected as well. Only the 2.0.9dev pages are changed, following the
immutable-version rule in the README.
