Even with the Cycle Tracking Disabled, the Phase shows up on the Home Page

To reproduce the issue, log only a few consecutive days (i.e., one cycle). The phase will then display on the home page even though the cycle prediction is said to be disabled. See screenshots below.

Expected behavior: we cannot see any cycle information until the two mandatory cycles are logged.
