Api returns error when getting resized gif

Reproduction steps

1. Add a gif as album art
2. fetch the album art in a resized format
3. see 500 error
4. See error

From logs:

Vips::Error (VipsForeignSave: "/tmp/image_processing20220822-1075133-h566c9.gif" is not a known file format ge_processing20220822-1075133-h566c9.gif" is not a known file format

Expected behaviour

An image should be returned - in full size if necessary
