Hi,

I have a FCS file containing 1262864 events and $TOT also showing the same events.

However, I got an error saying that 'Error in read.FCS(tmp) : The actual number of cells in data section (1) is not consistent with keyword '$TOT' (0)' .

Hi,
I don't think flowCore is faulty. Please, wait FlowJo having finished its calculation before exporting FCS. FJ is doing computations as background task allowing the user to perform other tasks at the same time.
Before exporting, verify there is no "Calculating..." in the lower right corner of the main window.

Alternatively, you can refresh statistics in order to be sure that all gates are correctly updated. The icon is at the top of the window. This takes some times when opening a workspace. Be patient.

If you are convinced that everything is updated before exporting, but the problem is still there, please provide the FCS file as a link.
