Dll missing in windows release

Can't run windows release.

Get errors:

Steps to reproduce

• osrm-backend 26.4.1 (greater equal than 6)

Commands:
osrm-extract.exe -p car.lua portugal-251006.osm.pbf
osrm-contract.exe portugal-251006.osm

No, i used the release: node_osrm-v26.4.1-8-win32-x64-Release.tar.gz

Quickly created #7493 in response. But it needs some local testing.

The latest release v26.5.0 should fix this issue.

I confirm that the issue is fixed—extract, contract, and partition are all working correctly now. Today I’ll run additional tests and will let you know if I find any other issues.
