[Feature request]: Consider upgrading ruby to 3.3/3.4

Use Case

I recently stumbled over the fact that openvox-agent bundles Ruby 3.2.x. Is it realistic to consider moving to 3.3 or 3.4 due to release-cycles / security-updates?

Additional context

Besides that I saw there is a separate issue to consider Ruby 4-compatibility. But that would surely be a bigger step.

Hi, we are working on openvox 9, which will ship ruby 4. We cannot upgrade the ruby version within the 8.x stream, bevause that's a breaking change.
