I could reproduce the problem in the latest build

What happened?

When cancelling a helm deployment partway through the Helm release, then trying to deploy again, it will show Error: UPGRADE FAILED: another operation (install/upgrade/rollback) is in progress

Reproduction

• Deploy a helm release and then cancel while in progress
• Deploy another helm release to see the error
