What happened?

When a deployment includes a manual intervention step, the step to resume the deployment after approval remains in an executing state in the Octopus UI. Once the task completes, the deployment is shown as successful, but the step itself still shows the executing icon in the UI. This can cause confusion for customers, as it's unclear whether a step is still running.

Reproduction

1. Run a deployment that includes a Manual Intervention step.
2. Approve the MI step in the deployment.
3. Observe that the Resuming after completion step shows as executing after the deployment is complete.
