We recently added Kurtosis testing that spins up new fleet every day and does some testing with alerts.
It would be nice if we can reuse the same alerts but to enable them for our long running hoodi canary clusters. Meaning, we skip the part of spinning up a new cluster. We also need Slack alerting for those alerts.
