PHPStan 2.2.5 can't find some PHPStan classes for extension testing

It seems that PHPStan is not finding some of its own classes, even though they exist.

These are found:

• PHPStan\Rules\Comparison\ImpossibleCheckTypeFunctionCallRule.
• PHPStan\Rules\Rule;

These are not found:

• PHPStan\Rules\Classes\ImpossibleInstanceOfRule.
• PHPStan\Testing\RuleTestCase;

On Windows with PHP 8.3.11, RuleTestCase is found but ImpossibleInstanceOfRule is still not.

There have been no relevant changes to PHPStan I can see that explain the strange behaviour with 2.2.5.

When running the unit tests, all the classes are found.

Maybe there is a glitch in this PHPStan release and it will be fixed in the next. A workaround would be to exclude the unit tests for the extension from analysis.

Did a bit more digging. Seems the issues are reported against PHP 7.2-.3 (if we change to phpVersion: 70400 they go away). But at least one of the reportedly-missing classes does exist in PHPStan 1.12.33 (compatible with PHP 7.2-.3, otherwise the unit tests would bail), so I think there is some sort of configuration error with the new release, and have logged phpstan/phpstan#14941.

(As an aside, we may want to consider min and max for phpVersion, to analyze against all supported versions.)
