Change cursor

[alejoordonez02]

I don't really know what's handling cursors, how can I change the cursor pack system-wide?

I've battled with this for a while and have found a number of places where I needed to change the cursor beyond just nwg-look. I've created a discussion on the topic und the Ideas section.
