[FEATURE REQUEST] For new Steam ignore list import, add option to only import default ignored games and not those "played on another platform"

Current Behavior (if any)

All games on ignore list are imported.

Desired Behavior

Add a switch to optionally only import those from the "Ignore This (Default)" list, not the "Played on Another Platform" list.

Motivation / Use Case for Changing the Behavior

I use Playnite and its ITAD addon to add games from other platforms to my ITAD collection already, as well as putting them on Steam's special other platform ignore list, so the current ignore import gives me a lot of games both ignored and collected, which is a bit awkward.
