Update one word in TBM template file (counseling to testing)

On page 8, the last one, it is a sentence "According to ESMO guidelines, recommendation for genetic counseling does not apply for the variants reported."

We would like it to say:
"According to ESMO 2019 guidelines, recommendation for genetic testing does not apply for the variants reported."

One page 6 and 7 in template, we can delete the sentence "o potentially overestimated TMB*". it is written under the blue TMB line.
