Is it possible to tilt a picture?

Hi
I've discovered refra and I love it. One feature I use frequently in gallery apps is to tilt an image to correct the horizon. I've found how to rotate (multiple of 90 degrees), but is it possible to tilt by 1,2 or - 1,-5 degrees?
