Version 8.12.0

54 commits since 8.11.0. A minor bump rather than a patch: this adds
capability rather than only fixing things.

New code capability: ORCA gained implicit solvation (CPCM/SMD, which it
had none of), MP2, coupled cluster, seven double hybrids, the DLPNO
methods and requestable CHELPG charges; Quantum ESPRESSO gained geometry
optimisation, variable-cell optimisation, GEOMTRACE and LATTICEVEC;
Gaussian 16 gained three missing functionals.

Notable UX change: the Gateway window no longer appears and the
Organizer is the front door (ECCE_GATEWAY_WINDOW=1 restores it).

Notable fix: geometry-trace stepping in the 3-D viewer, which had been
broken in a way that survived several wrong diagnoses.
