README: lead the v8.10.0 entry with ORCA, not MOPAC
ORCA's user base is far larger than MOPAC's, and the ORCA story in this release is the bigger one: vibrational analysis and NMR did not work at all before it (the Vibrational Frequencies panel never appeared for an ORCA calculation), property coverage went 9/24 -> 24/24, and the Theory/Runtype dialogs gained the controls ORCA users actually reach for. MOPAC is new-code news; ORCA is "the thing you already use now works". Reordered accordingly and de-duplicated the ORCA dialog list, which appeared twice once it moved up. GitHub release notes and title updated to match. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

long list of properties that were silently never extracted at all.

- **v8.10.0** — **ORCA becomes properly usable**: vibrational analysis
65+
and NMR work for the first time, with full input control. **Adds

MOPAC** as a new code. Fixes a long list of properties that were

ORCA was first registered in v8.0.7, but property display was basic
70+
and two major capabilities never worked. **Vibrational analysis** now
71+
works — ORCA's mode displacement data was never extracted on *any*
72+
job, so the Vibrational Frequencies panel never appeared for an ORCA
73+
calculation even though the frequencies themselves parsed fine. **NMR**
74+
now works — isotropic shielding and anisotropy were never extracted
75+
from any ORCA NMR job. Property coverage went from 9 of 24 parse types
76+
to all 24, each verified against real ORCA 6.1.1 output. The Theory and
77+
Runtype dialogs gain RIJCOSX with auxiliary basis selection, a wider

DFT functional list (15 entries), SCF and geometry convergence
79+
tightness, and analytic vs numerical frequencies — every keyword
80+
verified against a real ORCA install. ORCA also gets its own

calculation icon.
