Failure to download NONGS

I simply scroll through mashups or other nongs and I am presented with this error message

Extra info: Cannot access gdmobilewrlist.com, given with a client side error

I am able to access gdmobilewrlist.com using incognito mode, yet still cannot download directly from sfh while using incognito
