Bug: when the tab is opened from an external app, focus in the tab switcher doesn't work

**Description:**
If the tab opens via a link from an external app, the tab switcher bar doesn't switch focus to it

**Expected behaviour:**
Focus should switch to the newly opened tab

**To reproduce:**
1. Open a link from an external app in WebLibre (in a container with plenty of tabs)

**Environment:**
 - Device: realme 9 pro+
 - OS: Android 14 
 - WebLibre version: 0.22.0-alpha-4
