Custom nameservers (Cloudflare) not propagating: NS returns NODATA after ~24h

Hi,

I recently registered a free domain hrj.dpdns.org on DigitalPlat and it worked fine — it delegated to DigitalPlat's own DNS.

I then wanted to host it on Cloudflare, so in the dashboard I switched the domain to "Use other nameservers" and saved:

• alan.ns.cloudflare.com
• alice.ns.cloudflare.com

The save was confirmed and the panel shows those two values correctly. However, it's now been roughly 24 hours and the change still hasn't propagated:

• Querying the authoritative server directly (dns1.digitalplat.org) returns no NS records for hrj.dpdns.org (NODATA).
• Public resolvers (1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, 9.9.9.9) also return no NS records.
• Notably, the old delegation to DigitalPlat's own DNS was withdrawn, so it looks like the change was processed, but the new Cloudflare NS hasn't been published yet.

Questions:

1. Are custom-NS changes normally applied via a queue / batch job that can take this long?
2. Is there any verification / review step pending on my side that I might have missed?
3. Roughly how long should this take, and is there a status page to check?
4. Is there anything I should do to speed it up?
