Expected Behavior
I expected for the program to stitch together the files and generate that file onto the hard drive
Actual Behavior
I keep getting a message that is saying ValueError: zero-size array to reduction operation maximum which has no identity. I try to adjust some of the settings in the "rigid" tab but the only different response I get is an error code that sais "valueError: max() arg is an empty sequence.
Steps to Reproduce
Go in rigid tab
Check x and y overlap and projection thickness
Keep all the same settings in the tab
skip wobbly stitcher
in run stitching tab, check all 3 boxes (use npy tiles, main channel, and secondary channel)
